Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

All sales are final. In the rare event of an approved refund request, the deposit will be deducted, and the use of services will be prorated.

Non-Refundable Deposit

For all services, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your appointment or service. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Lesson & Services Completion Policy

Students must complete all lessons and services within 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of remaining lessons or services.

Pick Up Windows

All drivers are assigned a 4-hour pickup window. For example, if your appointment is at 4:00 PM, your driver may arrive as late as 8:00 PM. The 2-hour lesson begins upon the instructor's arrival.

If you are uncomfortable driving at night, consider scheduling earlier time slots (e.g., 8:00 AM or 12:00 PM).

Instructor Preference Policy

Instructors are assigned based on availability. We cannot accommodate instructor requests based on gender or other personal preferences. All instructors pass background checks through our team and the California DMV.

Ride-Alongs

Only paid students and licensed instructors are permitted in the vehicle. Parent or guardian ride-alongs are not allowed due to safety and insurance policies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We may cancel or reschedule due to staff shortages, traffic, weather, or safety concerns. Refunds will only be considered if:

72-hour notice is required for changes. Late cancellations incur a $75 fee. Students must be reachable when the instructor arrives. If unreachable or unprepared, the lesson is forfeited or subject to a fee.

Lesson Preparedness Policy

Recording Policy

All lessons may be audio and video recorded. Instructor permission is required for separate recordings. Phone calls may also be recorded per California law.

Customer Service Communication Policy

We primarily use text messaging and online chat. Phone support is limited due to high volume. Please use the designated service portal for inquiries and scheduling.
